If you have Excel version newer than 2016 on your computer, you already have everything you need. The tool is called Power Query and it works like a robot. You show it once where the files with bank exports and the sales system exports lie, and in 3.2 seconds it does all the work for you that you've been doing for two days.
Instead of copying and pasting, you set rules. For example: 'assign every expense with description fuel to transport costs'. When you drop a new statement in the next month, Excel will recognize these transactions itself.
