Rules of Cooperation with Logika i Wynik

By entering this site or ordering a data audit from us, you agree to the following rules. Logika i Wynik is a company from Radom which I, Dariusz Mazur, have run since September 2017. We don't like fluff, so our regulations are also short and specific. These rules determine what our analytical projects look like and what you can expect from us as a client. We operate based on hard data we extract from your sales systems and Excel sheets. Every cooperation starts with a 25-minute conversation during which we determine if we can help you earn more money at all. If your business is currently too small for our services, we will tell you straight to your face during the first meeting. We respect your time and our experience, which is why we stick to facts.

We offer concrete actions: data integrity audit, warehouse forecasts, and profitability reports for the board. A standard 14-month invoice database audit takes us exactly 11 business days. We don't make 50-slide presentations that no one reads. You get one specific Excel file and a PDF report with a list of errors and amounts to recover. Our team, including Marek Nowakowski and Anna Wiśniewska, goes deep into your systems to catch duplicate orders and margin calculation errors. We check facts, not promises. If you order warehouse forecasting from us, we analyze turnover for at least 483 products so you know how many units to actually order. That much stays in the pocket as managed to save on goods that don't sit on the shelf idly for 7 months.

Prices for our services are fixed and we do not apply any hidden fees. A basic data integrity audit costs 3,847 zł and it is a one-time project fee. We do not add costs for additional work hours, even if your database proves exceptionally messy. Larger projects, like full profit optimization, cost around 7,620 zł. Payment usually occurs after presenting the scope of work but before sending the final results report. We believe in an honest approach: we do the job, you pay for the result you see later in your wallet. The average client recovers the cost of our service within 3.2 months of implementing corrections. If you decide on constant management supervision, the fee is 2,140 zł monthly and includes monthly sessions with Dariusz Mazur.

As analysts, we rely on data you provide to us. If invoices are missing from your system or are incorrectly issued by employees, our report will show it but won't fix the past without your intervention. We are responsible for calculation reliability and correctly indicating errors in your records. We do not, however, take responsibility for business decisions you make based on our reports. You rule in your company and you take final steps. We only show where the margin escapes and what the real cash flows look like. In 94.6% of cases, our analyses show errors owners had no idea about. If, however, your Excel is perfect, we will tell you honestly after initial verification. Our financial responsibility is limited to the amount of remuneration paid for the given project.
