My name is Dariusz Mazur and I founded Logika i Wynik in September 2016 in Radom. Before going out on my own, for 12 years I worked as a financial controller in large plants in Mazovia. I saw things there that hurt every entrepreneur: thousands of zlotys escaping through minor spreadsheet errors and margins that looked good on paper but actually produced a loss. I decided I would help smaller companies clean up this mess. Numbers don't lie, but only if you can read them correctly.

I'm not an advisor in a tie who comes from Warsaw to tell fairy tales. My office is located at Malczewskiego 20 and here every day I analyze bank statements, invoices, and my clients' fuel costs. My work is simple: I check where your cash escapes and how to stop it. In 2024 alone, I conducted audits for 38 local transport and production companies. This much stays in the pocket after my corrections: on average 4,127 zł of pure monthly profit more at every client I work with longer than a quarter.

I act concretely and quickly. If you send me an inquiry, I reply within 1h 45min on average. I don't play at writing bulky reports that no one reads. You get a one-page summary from me: here you lose, here you earn, this you must change from Monday. We check facts, not promises. If I see your business has a profitability problem, I will tell you straight to your face, even if it's painful. (Sometimes I suggested closing an entire product line, which saved a company from bankruptcy in 11 months).

In my work, reliability counts. I don't use difficult words to sound smarter. If there is chaos in your data, I will tame it in a maximum of 11 business days. My goal is not to be your colleague, but someone who watches over your wallet. I know that 9 out of 10 valuation errors result from haste and lack of appropriate tools. Outside of work, I'm a fan of local Radom history and vintage motoring. It teaches patience – just like looking for a missing zloty in a million-zloty balance sheet.
